Florida Concealed Weapons Permit

The states in red do not recognize a Florida license.

Florida Gun Reciprocity

The Florida concealed weapon license is valid in these states because, acting under the authority of Section 790.015, Florida Statutes, the Division of Licensing has reached agreements with these states to allow for mutual recognition of each other's concealed carry licenses. Therefore, the licensees of these other states can carry concealed in Florida. We are constantly working to add more states to our list.
